Our Facility

Our farm is located two miles outside the town of Culpeper, Virginia. We have 20 acres with a 7 stall barn with a wash rack with hot and cold water and a brand new 6 stall barn with a large tack room and bath room. We have a 150' x 200' ring w/ jumps. We have a friendly and professional staff that provide quality care for all of the horse and ponies. Our barn manager, Mary Laing, has bred, raised and trained several zone and state winners in the pony hunters, children pony hunters and pony hunter breeding. A few select ponies are in training at Sunset Farm and being brought along. We also breed a few select mares every year. Some of these ponies are available for sale.
